Death The journey Within

Death- THE JOURNEY WITHIN

Whether believers or non-believers, believers or agnostics, achieved or simple, this is a record for all dying people.

WHAT IS DEATH

Death could be very essential question. At every moment, death is occurring at the level of organs and cells in our body. In fact, death began within us even before we were born. Death appears to come to you a day later only when you are ignorant and unconscious. If you know, you will see both life and death happening at any time. The more consciously you breathe, the more you will find that all inhalations are life and all exhalations are death. The first thing a child does after born it’s to inhale and breathe out. The last thing you do in your life is to exhale. Life and death will always happen. They exist together, inseparable, in the same breath. This relationship is beyond the breath. The breath is only a supportive actor, and the actual process is life energy or a prana and controls the presence. With specific management for PRANA, you can go out of breath for a considerable time.

THE PROCESS OF DEATH

If you want to understand what happens during death, you need to understand the mechanism of how humans are constructed. This body is a composition of 5 sheaths. Those 5 sheaths or koshas are known as Annamaya Kosha, Manomaya Kosha, Pranamaya Kosha, Vignanamaya Kosha and Anandamaya Kosha which has got its own purposes.

Annamaya Kosha We call this food body. When we are born we are just 2.5kg or 3kg. As we grow the weight been accumulated due to the food we consumed. So what you call the “body” is just an accumulated heap of food.
Manomaya Kosha This is the mental body which comprises our thoughts, emotions and all mental processes both conscious and unconscious. There is an entire anatomy of the mind. There is a memory and intelligence in every cell in the body. There is a whole body of mind which known as Manomaya Kosha.
Pranamaya Kosha Prana is life energy. There is the energy body which powers the Annamaya Kosha and the Manomaya Kosha.
Vignamaya Kosha This is etheric body. It is a transition from the physical to the non-physical. Learning to consciously access this dimension will dramatically improve your ability to recognize cosmic phenomena.
Anandamaya Kosha It is nothingness. It is beyond the physical nature.lt is a bliss b

When a person dies, only their outermost sheaths, Annamaya Kosha, and the conscious part of Manomaya Kosha are lost. You are not completely dead. The rest of the structure is still intact, it looks for another womb and reappears in the physical plane. So death is not a solution, it will come back soon. But when the energy, mind, and body are removed, the blissful body becomes part of the universe. When they are gone, the blissful body is gone. This is the whole picture of life, death and dissolution.

PANCHA PRANAS

If you want to further understand how physical separation occurs at the time of death, you need to understand the five pancha pranas. Once the breath stops, the slow process of the five pranas exiting the body will begin.

Samana Vayu In charge of maintaining the body temperature.

Body start to cooling down as soon as the breath stop. Samana vayu will exits the body within twenty one twenty four minutes.

Prana Vayu Respiratory and Thought Process.

Prana vayu will exist the body within forty eight to ninety minutes after the breath stops.

Udana Vayu Buoyancy of the body

Within six to twelve hours after breath stops udana Vayu exits. Once the udana vayu left the body the body will become heavy.

Apana Vayu Sensory aspect of the body

Apana Vayu exits the body within eight to eighteen hours after death.

Vyana Vayu Preservative nature of prana

Is the slowest to exit the body. It will take up to eleven to fourteen days to exit.

Death is the creation of the unaware, because if you are aware, it is life, life and life alone. Moving from one dimension of existence to another. Only when you become conscious about death, you will be spiritual. You will only be inward when this consciousness of death enters you. The moment you address the mortal nature of who you are, you will also want to know the source of this life is. You will develop the longing to know what all is about, and what is beyond this thing. It will become natural quest. That is the spiritual process. No one seeks spirituality unless he knows he will die. When you face the death or death of someone near you, you will surely wonder what it is. If you know the deadly nature of your life, where is the time to get angry with someone, argue with someone, or do unwanted things in your life? Once you accept death and know that you will die, you want to make every moment of your life as beautiful as possible.

I would like to share my own experience here. My father been diagnosed with cancer disease and he is going through a lot of pain and sufferings. I’m consciously watching him nearing his new life (death) and I am aware that he is mortal. I am going through an inner experience on aspects of death that are rarely spoken about. From a practical standpoint, I am doing my level best in assisting my father towards his new life and supporting his journey.

If you want to live as a full life, you should look at your mortal nature every day, not only you are beyond certain age. Every day of your life, you need to be aware that you are mortal. Every day of your life, you need to know that you will die. I don’t want to die today, but it’s okay if I die. I do everything to protect myself, feed myself, and take care of myself, but if I have to die today, I’m fine. Only then can I take a step forward and live. Otherwise I can’t live. Those who are constantly aware of the mortal and fragile of existence do not want to miss even a single moment, they will naturally be aware. They cannot take anything for granted, they will live very purposefully. Live your life to the fullest. You are mortal.
