I started practicing yoga at the age of 23. Over the years, the interest to learn and explore the subject of yoga has grown into me and the trigger point to take yoga seriously started from the day I wanted to tackle my health issues with lesser or minimal modern medical intervention. I’ve benefited tremendously from this change of lifestyle especially from health point of view and yoga has literally become a part of my day to day life and I wish to share this art to other’s someday.
