If you’re looking for a reliable yoga class for Hatha Yoga in Kajang, then do check out our SSOY Kajang branch, located strategically opposite Pasaraya Millenium. Just take the exit off Lebuhraya Silk and you can easily locate our SSOY Kajang branch. We have Beginner Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Kids Yoga slots for both weekends and weekdays. We have meditation classes on Tuesday with a special class for teenagers on Thursday.

There are also Fertility & Pregnancy Yoga sessions as well as Ayurveda Massages & Yoga Therapy, which are by appointment. And if you’re looking to be a trained instructor in yoga, we also offer one of the best yoga teacher training courses in all of Kajang at SSOY. Our training classes are on Sunday and are taught directly by Master SK Durai.
