Asthanga Yoga

Intended to be a daily practice ; this powerful, healing practice is a specific sequence of postures (asanas) linking breath (pranayama) and movement (vinyasa.) Ashtanga is an athletic flow combining strength, flexibility and stamina for a complete practice. The class is only available for Advanced practitioners and it requires immense amount of discipline. The class will be conducted by Master SK Durai.

With an emphasis on breathing, stamina, pelvic floor work, restorative poses, and core strength, Prenatal Yoga can help you become more resilient during and after pregnancy.

It is an extremely precise dance form, known for its neat and clean lines with geometric form, depicting the vivid aspects of devotion, love and erotica. It has been nurtured in the temples and courts of southern India since the ancient era. The most beautiful aspect of this dance form is that it contains the power of healing, is cathartic, and helps build the mind-body connection.
