My every day yoga practice helps me reap many benefits in many facets of life. It boosts my confidence level even higher, enable working on my bodily systems and attain clarity in my each and every movement. It has caused a drastic drop in my anger while my inner peace has started to glow, manifesting my good thoughts into amazing experiences.

Came across SSOY through Instagram. In the beginning it was just another exploration to know more about Yoga. Now I think there’s no end to the process of ‘WANTING TO KNOW MORE’ because whatever that master has been sharing so far is an indication of the vast yogic knowledge that is yet to be explored.

I’m 60 years old grandma to five grandchildren. My early stage I was suffering with knee pain throughout , couldn’t stand longer or walk far as well. After taking up a drastic decision to join Sakthi Yoga with my daughter I can conclude a major transformation happened within me. Today I feel extremely confident and my body feels so lighter. I’m capable to workout longer than an hour. I’ve also achieved great flexibility in my body. Simply because of the self-determination and discipline to make the changes in me

I started practicing yoga at the age of 23. Over the years, the interest to learn and explore the subject of yoga has grown into me and the trigger point to take yoga seriously started from the day I wanted to tackle my health issues with lesser or minimal modern medical intervention. I’ve benefited tremendously from this change of lifestyle especially from health point of view and yoga has literally become a part of my day to day life and I wish to share this art to other’s someday.
